The Senior Instructional Designer designs, develops, and maintains high-impact learning solutions that enable employees to perform effectively in support of business objectives across multiple functions, including Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product Management, New Product Development and Introduction, Services, Sales, and Operations. This role partners closely with subject matter experts, program managers, and business stakeholders to analyze performance needs, recommend learning solutions, and develop engaging learning experiences using the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) methodology.
Working independently on projects of moderate scope and complexity, the Senior Instructional Designer applies comprehensive instructional design knowledge, adult learning principles, and project management practices to create eLearning, videos, virtual instructor‑led training, instructor‑led training, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials. The role manages stakeholder relationships, owns project execution activities, and exercises judgment within defined parameters while maintaining Vertiv learning, accessibility, localization, and brand standards.
