Job summary

Aeven is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead infrastructure testing in the Philippines, independently guiding complex testing and collaborating with Denmark and Czech teams.

You will focus on testing for a new cloud platform, define what must be tested, and provide evidence of readiness; application testing is out of scope.

The role emphasizes building consistent methods, templates, and reusable assets, with a hybrid schedule and global coordination.

Qualifications

• Senior-level ownership of infrastructure test delivery and reporting.
• Ability to work independently after handover and challenge test coverage.
• Experience turning infrastructure designs into test cases and criteria.
• Coordinating multiple technical teams across locations.
• Experience with test-management and defect-tracking tools.
• Clear written communication with English-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Agree test scope, acceptance criteria with customers and project teams.
• Develop test strategies and plans covering resources and risks.
• Create and review test scenarios with infrastructure specialists.
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure service testing and integration testing.
• Coordinate test environments, data, execution windows and resources.
• Drive defect triage and retesting with traceability.
• Publish progress and readiness recommendations for go-live decisions.
• Knowledge transfer and documentation of dependencies.
• Standardize templates and reusable test assets; identify automation checks.
