Job summary

DTCC in Manila is seeking an Infrastructure Test Engineering Associate to design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test solutions for infrastructure changes. You will collect requirements, set goals for performance testing, and work with engineering teams to validate changes in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience with performance engineering (analysis, testing, and tuning).
• Experience with performance diagnostics/monitoring tools such as DynaTrace or AppDynamics.
• Understanding with JMeter, LoadRunner or custom load generation tools.
• Familiarity with JMS or MQ and log ingestion/analysis tools like Splunk.
• Knowledge of Linux and JVM tuning; cloud/hybrid infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve Infrastructure Test Automation Frameworks and related capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools for Infrastructure Validations in an Agile team.
• Deliver end-to-end performance testing for projects independently.
• Mentor junior team members and build reusable automation components.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to analyze results and drive improvements.
