Surbana Jurong in Manila is seeking a Senior Planning & Scheduling Engineer to develop and monitor detailed construction schedules for major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage baselines, and run delay analyses.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and at least 5 years of planning experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineer or related field
• 5+ years planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Independent worker and team player
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Willing to be Manila-based

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and report to teams.
• Ensure schedule accuracy and version control.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Identify critical path activities and monitor progress.
• Prepare risk registers and conduct delay analyses.
• Present scheduling updates to clients and management.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation for scheduling activities.
• Support change orders and contingency planning.
• Resolve schedule conflicts across teams.
