Job summary

Sureste Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize our infrastructure hardware and platform software.

You will provide technical support, performance optimization, incident resolution, and capacity planning across the organization’s infra environment. You will serve as an escalation point for critical systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing and supporting server infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
• Proven experience in infrastructure rollouts, upgrades, administration, and decommissioning.
• Experience designing high-availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures infrastructure-related projects meet objectives, technical requirements, and standards.
• Analyzes requirements, dependencies, and risks for proper integration with network topology.
• Contributes to short- and long-term infrastructure strategy and roadmaps.
• Participates in architecture and design decisions to enable scalable infrastructure.
• Identifies gaps and develops solutions with the team.
• Maintains accurate infrastructure and network documentation.
• Supports infrastructure processes under approved policies and standards.
• Keeps up with current and emerging infra technologies and best practices.
