Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure hardware and platform software components. You will provide technical support, performance optimization, incident resolution, capacity planning, and cross-team consultation.

You will act as an escalation point for critical systems, ensuring robust, scalable, secure infrastructure aligned with business needs and application requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information management, information technology, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience managing and supporting server infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
• Proven experience in infrastructure rollouts, upgrades, administration, and decommissioning.
• Experience migrating systems to newer technology versions.
• Proven experience in high-availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments and business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, OS tech (Windows, Linux, iSeries/AS400, Solaris).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix) and other HCI solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise storage and SAN environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure infrastructure projects meet objectives and standards.
• Analyze requirements, dependencies, and risks and integrate with network topology.
• Contribute to infrastructure strategy and roadmaps based on business needs.
• Participate in architecture decisions for scalable infrastructure.
• Identify gaps and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure and network documentation.
• Assist in developing infrastructure processes compliant with policies.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices.
