AGRI EXIM GLOBAL INC. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to strategize, plan, and manage factory construction, machine installation, electrification, piping, and related project activities.

The role emphasizes stakeholder liaison, vendor development, and coordinating international and local logistics. Key requirements include a BS Mechanical Engineering and 8–10 years of hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution, plus strong vendor management and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 8-10 years of experience in related roles.
• Strong experience in project planning, coordination and execution.
• Strong experience liaising with stakeholders.
• Vendor identification and development experience.
• Experience in local and international logistics coordination and shipment management.
• Experience in factory construction, machine installation/erection, electrification, piping or similar projects.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication in local language and English.

Responsabilidades

• Draft project plans at the beginning and as required.
• Develop a cost-effective plan and optimize resources for all functions.
• Get quotes for equipment, compare, and procure cost-efficient options.
• Create layouts for product flow, material flow, and manpower flow.
• Negotiate with suppliers and finalize purchase/service orders.
• Arrange payment terms and contracts for international purchases.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to meet timelines.
• Lead daily meetings for coordination and conflict resolution.
• Study and interpret drawings; request corrections as needed.
• Ensure plant design and layout comply with food safety and quality standards.
