Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed recruitment partner, is seeking a Project Manager for a supply chain service and solutions provider in BGC, Taguig. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end industrial plant engineering and construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction across engineering, procurement, and field teams.

Applicants should have 8–10 years of experience in engineering/construction PM, a PM/LE license, and PMP/COSH is preferred; onsite work,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
PRC Licensed Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect is required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or COSH certification is highly preferred.
At least 8–10 years of experience in engineering and construction project management.
Minimum 3–5 years in a PM/Lead/Engineering Manager capacity overseeing industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and close-out of industrial projects.
Develop and manage schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee engineering design coordination with engineers and draftsmen.
Review drawings, specs, materials, and piping systems for compliance.
Administer contracts, including variation orders and progress billing.
Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
