Job summary

Sercomm Philippines Inc. is seeking an operations specialist to lead productivity initiatives and own machine-type IE activities. You will develop and refine SOPs, establish standard time data, and optimize manpower and work processes to improve efficiency and production flow.

Responsibilities include cost analysis and process improvement to support informed decision-making and drive cost effectiveness across mass production lines.

• Take ownership of machine-type IE activities, including capacity analysis, manpower allocation, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
• Develop, review, standardize, and continuously improve mass production SOPs, work methods, and process standards.
• Establish, validate, and maintain standard time data, including time studies and work measurement, to ensure accurate production standards.
• Develop and optimize manpower, process, and production accumulation maps to improve resource utilization and production flow.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, waste elimination, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
• Lead the formulation and improvement of rework processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct cost assessment and process cost analysis to support operational and improvement decisions.
