Job summary

HappyBee Packaging Inc. is seeking a Production Process Improvement specialist to analyze and optimize manufacturing operations in Meycauayan. You will lead time studies and process analysis to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

The role requires developing SOPs, coordinating with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, and supporting planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ability to develop SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Assist in facility layout, equipment planning, and workflow design.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
