Job summary

The role emphasizes time and motion studies, standard times, capacity analysis, line balancing, and productivity targets. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning and Maintenance to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Industrial Engineering activities within the production area.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve productivity.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor manpower utilization and recommend optimal staffing requirements.
• Prepare capacity analysis and production efficiency reports.
• Develop and maintain work standards, line balancing, and productivity targets.
• Support production layout planning and workstation improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments to improve operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Train and guide IE staff in work measurement and process improvement techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
