Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Incident Leader to support and drive major incident management for banking domain infrastructure. The ideal candid ate has 8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects within banking and can work in a 24x7 shift environment, with a strong focus on SLA adherence and thorough RCA

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supporting & leading infrastructure projects in the banking domain.
• Ability to connect various incidents and invoke Major Incident Management when required.
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure terminologies.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift model.
• Ability to resolve incidents as per the agreed SLA by identifying or engaging the required stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage major incident response for banking infrastructure.
• Engage and align with stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Document and communicate incident status to all required parties.
• Lead RCA efforts and drive root cause analysis where feasible.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and incident management processes.
