The role requires strong ability to manage war rooms, deliver regular updates to business and technology stakeholders, and ensure production deployment of RCA-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in problem management within the banking domain.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift model.
• Ability to operate in hostile environments and drive solutions by coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to run war rooms independently and provide regular updates to business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead RCA independently and ensure timely closure of problems.
• Ability to provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of war rooms and driving RCA.
• Manage relationships with 3 stakeholders.
• Own RCA and ensure solution deployment into production.
