Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Incident Manager to lead and coordinate major incident responses in the banking sector. The role requires deep experience in infrastructure projects and a proven ability to engage stakeholders across environments to restore service quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, thorough knowledge of infrastructure terminology, and the capacity to work a 24x7 shift.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supporting and leading infrastructure projects in banking domains.
• Ability to connect incidents across the environment and engage Major Incident Management when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure terminologies.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift model.
• Ability to resolve incidents per the agreed SLA by engaging required stakeholders.
• Documenting and communicating incident status to stakeholders.
• Ability to perform complete RCA independently where feasible or drive RCA.

Must-Have

• 8+ years of Experience in Supporting & Leading Infrastructure projects in banking domain
• Ability to connect various incidents happening in the environment and invoke Major Incident Management team if required.
• Good Verbal & Written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Infrastructure terminologies
• Ability to work in 24x7 shift model
• Ability to resolve incidents as per the agreed SLA by identifying or engaging the required stakeholders.
• Documenting & communicating the incident status to all required stakeholders.
• Ability to do complete RCA independently where feasible or drive for RCA.

Good-to-Have

• Handled Major Incidents independently
