Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation to lead the end-to-end incentive program across Asia Pacific.

You’ll translate pay plans into precise calculation models, validate results for payroll, and provide analyses to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Payroll teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop scalable models, and support monthly and annual reporting, accruals, and journal entries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
5+ years' experience in Incentive Compensation, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
Advanced Excel and modelling skills; ability to translate pay plans into scalable calculations.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end incentive compensation calculations weekly, monthly, and annually across multiple units and countries in APAC.
Interpret pay plans and translate components into accurate calculation models.
Validate outputs before payroll and perform reconciliations; resolve data discrepancies with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain calculation models; support month-end reporting and variance analysis.
