Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in application development or enterprise software implementations.
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or quantitative discipline.
• Proven ownership of governance, delivery, customer relationships, risk, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organisation, problem solving, and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the implementation scope, staffing, delivery approach, milestones, and governance for each engagement.
• Control scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and deliverables to meet contractual commitments.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Build trusted relationships and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Establish governance, change control, and delivery oversight.
• Assess and mitigate risks, especially for financially significant or subcontracted projects.
• Own budgets, expenses, revenue forecasts, invoicing, receivables, and subcontractor costs.
• Contribute to quarterly revenue and margin targets and provide accurate progress and cost forecasts.
• Deliver successful outcomes through project health checks, quality oversight, and customer satisfaction management.
• Complete project closeout, documentation, lessons learned, and skills inventory updates.
• Support regional consulting strategy, operational excellence, reusable frameworks and service offerings.
