Job summary

Teleperformance-Es-German seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end implementation and stabilization for client programs within a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will gather requirements, align with internal teams, manage schedules and risks, and ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. Strong PM skills and English proficiency are essential; travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required with PM fundamentals.
• Experience leading client onboarding and project readiness.
• Proficiency with project management software and controls.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience in people management, planning, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation and stabilization process.
• Ensure seamless execution and client experience for assigned projects.
• Gather requirements and validate client program workflows.
• Manage client and project team expectations for onboarding.
• Maintain day-to-day client communications and status reporting.
• Create and track project plans, schedules, risk logs and reports.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables.
