Job summary

Maxicare Health Care in the Philippines is seeking an experienced imaging department leader to oversee radiology operations, quality, safety, and patient care. You will guide a team of Radiologic Technologists, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvements.

The role requires a BS in Radiologic Technology with PRC license and 2–5 years in radiology, plus mentoring skills and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership experience in radiology/imaging.
• Must have clinical judgment and focus on diagnostic quality and safety.
• Experience mentoring peers and managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead radiology team to deliver accurate, timely diagnostic services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor technologists and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements.
• Handle operational challenges and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic leaders for seamless patient care.
• Ensure imaging equipment is properly utilized, maintained, and ready.
