Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with valid PRC License.
• Minimum 2–5 years in radiology/imaging.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Proven mentoring or guiding peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the radiology team to deliver accurate, timely, patient-centered services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance (Safety Officer).
• Mentor technologists and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Handle operational challenges and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
