Job summary

Maxicare Health Care seeks a senior Radiologic Technologist to lead the imaging department, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient services. The role targets leaders with clinical exposure, mentorship ability, and the drive to advance operations and patient care.

Prioritizing patient safety, team leadership, and regulatory compliance, the role requires a PRC-licensed RT with 2–5 years of radiology experience and strong decision-making skills. On-site position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with valid PRC License.
• 2–5 years of experience in radiology/imaging.
• Strong clinical judgment and emphasis on diagnostic quality and patient safety.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Ability to balance patient care, team leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the radiology team to deliver accurate, timely patient-centered diagnostic services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements as Safety Officer.
• Mentor technologists and foster accountability, growth, and excellence.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Address operational challenges and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic leaders, and cross-functional teams for seamless care.
• Ensure imaging equipment is properly utilized, maintained, and ready.
