Maxicare Health Care is seeking a senior Radiologic Technologist to lead the imaging department in Manila. The role focuses on clinical excellence, safety, and efficient operations, with mentoring responsibilities for peers and junior technologists.

The candidate should have a BS in Radiologic Technology with a valid PRC license and 2–5 years of radiology experience, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with valid PRC license.
• 2–5 years of radiology/imaging experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Confident in day-to-day decision-making and problem solving.
• Experience mentoring colleagues (formal or informal).

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology team to deliver accurate, timely, and patient-centered diagnostic services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements (Safety Officer).
• Mentor and develop technologists to foster accountability and excellence.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Address operational challenges and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic leaders, and cross-functional teams for seamless care.
• Oversee equipment utilization, maintenance, and readiness.
