Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking an experienced imaging department leader to oversee clinical and operational performance across radiology services. The role targets senior radiologic technologists ready to transition to full team leadership, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will guide daily operations, mentor peers, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure excellent patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in Radiologic Technology with valid PRC License.
• 2–5 years of radiology/imaging experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and focus on diagnostic quality and patient safety.
• Confidence in decision-making and handling day-to-day operations.
• Experience mentoring or guiding colleagues.
• Ability to balance patient care, team leadership, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology team in delivering accurate, timely, patient-centered diagnostic services.
• Oversee daily imaging operations for smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Ensure radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance (Safety Officer).
• Mentor technologists and foster accountability, growth, and excellence.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Handle operational challenges and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic leaders for seamless patient care.
• Ensure imaging equipment is properly utilized, maintained, and ready.
