TRT is seeking IT Servers, Storage and Networking Advanced Technical Experts for global remote support. The role focuses on enterprise-grade hardware, firmware, OS, and applications, with opportunities to evolve into cross-technology specialization across storage, networking, and servers.

The candidate should hold two industry certifications in two technologies, with UNIX and CCNP-level networking experience, and 5–10 years in IT hardware/software support.

Qualifications

• College degree in IT/CS/CE/ECE or related field.
• 5–10 years of IT hardware and software support experience.
• Two industry certifications in two different technologies.
• Vendor-certified UNIX experience (AIX/HP-UX/Solaris/Red Hat) and CCNP+.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalated cases for Enterprise Range hardware and software.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with value chain admins and field engineers.
• Ensure incidents meet SLA and communicate with clients.
• Document resolutions in TRT knowledge base and create reports.
