Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering engineering solutions and leading projects to successful completion.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end execution by delivering high-quality technical solutions and deliverables.
• Lead assigned projects, negotiating scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients while coordinating resources.
• Provide technical guidance to project engineering team members to strengthen collaboration.
• Lead technical solutions by applying advanced engineering expertise and resolving challenges.
• Demonstrate risk management by identifying and mitigating technical and project risks.
• Lead engineering QA through reviews and ensure consistent application of standards and practices.
• Drive engineering excellence via process improvements, standardization, automation, and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with Principal Engineers, customers, and Special Ops to align activities and statuses.
