Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field with IC design focus.
• 1–3 years in analog, mixed-signal, digital IC design or 3+ years in related semiconductor disciplines.
• Experience delivering engineered solutions, engaging in technical reviews, and collaborating with leads.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned engineering tasks and deliverables with growing independence to support project execution.
• Ensure engineering quality by self-checks and technical reviews in accordance with standards and QMS.
• Troubleshoot routine issues independently before escalation to minimize impact on quality and schedule.
• Communicate potential issues that could affect quality, deliverables, or timelines to stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvements, standardization, automation, and knowledge sharing to add value.
