Job Description:

The Senior Engineer serves as a senior technical contributor who provides advanced engineering expertise and supports the successful execution of projects by delivering technical solutions, ensuring quality, mentoring team members, and driving assigned tasks. The role works closely with the Principal Engineer in planning and executing project activities and leads specific tasks, quality assurance functions, training, or projects as required, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the end-to-end execution across engineering projects by delivering high-quality technical solutions and assigned engineering deliverables.
• Lead assigned projects by taking ownership of end-to-end project execution and working closely with clients to understand and negotiate project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating execution activities, priorities, technical dependencies, and effective utilization of assigned project resources.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project engineering team members to strengthen collaboration and technical capability.
• Lead technical solutions by applying advanced engineering expertise, evaluating engineering alternatives, and resolving complex technical challenges to support successful project execution.
• Demonstrates risk management by proactively identifying technical and project risks, assessing potential issues, implementing mitigation actions, and escalating critical concerns to the Client, Principal, and relevant stakeholders to support successful project execution.
• Leads engineering quality assurance by conducting and participating in technical reviews, verifying engineering deliverables, and ensuring the consistent application of established methodologies, technical standards, and quality practices throughout project execution.
• Leads engineering excellence initiatives by driving process improvements, technical standardization, automation, and knowledge-sharing activities that enhance engineering quality, delivery effectiveness, and organizational capability.
• Lead coordination with Principal Engineers, customers, and Special Ops (if needed) by aligning technical activities, communicating clear and timely project status, driving resolution of engineering issues, and applying expert judgment to ensure successful and predictable project execution.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Integrated Circuit (IC) design.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in analog, mixed-signal, digital IC design, or related semiconductor engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience delivering engineering solutions while leading assigned engineering projects or major work packages from planning through completion, achieving quality, schedule, and project objectives.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating project activities, priorities, technical dependencies, assigned resources, and delivery commitments through effective collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience conducting technical reviews, defining engineering solutions, and resolving technical and project execution issues within assigned responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders to support project execution, technical alignment, and delivery commitments.
• Demonstrated experience of mentoring engineering team members while contributing to engineering process improvement, technical standardization, Quality Management Systems (QMS), automation, or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
