Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field with IC design focus.
• 1–3 years in analog, mixed-signal, digital IC design or 3+ years in related semiconductor disciplines.
• Experience delivering engineered solutions, engaging in technical reviews, and collaborating with leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned engineering tasks and deliverables with growing independence, contributing to technical solutions and producing required engineering outputs that support successful project execution.
• Ensure engineering quality by performing self-checks and standard technical reviews on assigned deliverables to proactively detect and correct errors, while strictly applying established engineering methodologies, standards, and QMS requirements
• Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical or execution issues independently before seeking support or escalating when needed, ensuring minimal impact on quality and schedule.
• Proactively communicate identified potential technical or execution issues that may impact quality, deliverables, or project schedule.
• Contribute to engineering excellence by actively participating in process improvements, technical standardization, automation initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities, while providing and implementing ideas or personal efforts that add value to the team or engineering process.
• Provide basic technical support to team members by sharing established engineering knowledge, assisting in resolving routine technical issues, and guiding newer team members in effectively applying engineering tools, practices, and standards.
• Collaborates with Project Leads, team members, clients, and cross-functional teams by providing timely, clear task updates, and participating in technical discussions to support effective team delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer engineering or a related field, with a focus on Integrated Circuit (IC) design.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in analog, mixed-signal, digital IC design, or related semiconductor engineering disciplines, or at least 3 years of experience in other semiconductor engineering disciplines with competencies relevant to the position.
• Demonstrated experience performing assigned engineering work while contributing to technical solutions and engineering project execution.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating established engineering solutions, participating in technical reviews, and resolving routine technical issues within assigned engineering work.
• Demonstrated experience communicating and collaborating with Project Leads, senior engineering team members, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience providing basic technical support and knowledge sharing to engineering team members.
• Demonstrated experience participating in engineering process improvements, technical standardization, automation, or knowledge-sharing initiatives
