Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an IAM Specialist/Team Lead to drive identity management operations and mentor the team. The role focuses on Okta-based IAM services, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management, with strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership responsibilities.

You will guide identity security initiatives, support audit/compliance, and partner with security and infrastructure teams to apply zero-trust principles across enterprise systems. A hybrid setup is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta administration or equivalent IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Okta-based Identity & Access Management services.
• Oversee administration of Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory.
• Configure and support enterprise application integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Drive efficient user access provisioning and deprovisioning across multiple platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Develop operational processes, runbooks, and governance documentation.
