Qualifications

• 2+ years IAM experience
• Hands-on Okta admin experience
• Understanding of authentication and federation technologies (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory or Azure AD
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and least-privilege concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Okta services including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
• Configure and maintain application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM
• Manage user provisioning and access requests across enterprise apps
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests
• Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes through Okta Workflows and automation
• Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls
• Maintain operational documentation and support procedures
• Participate in compliance, audit, and governance activities
