The Senior Lead HVAC Technician is responsible for supervising and performing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems. This role includes leading a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (split, VRF/VRV, package units, chillers, etc.).
Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance.
Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan installations and repairs.
Supervise and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory codes.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians and apprentices.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and maintained properly.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project updates, issues, and solutions.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of work performed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the proper handling of refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations.
Assist with planning and scheduling of projects, resource allocation, and inventory control.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
