Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HVAC technician to perform preventive maintenance on equipment, diagnose faults in air conditioning units, electrical components, and control systems, and respond to service requests.

You will monitor operation, report anomalies, and assist with emergency repairs. Preference for at least 1 year in high-rise buildings and experience with centralized systems and VRF. Schedule requires 6 days a week with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in high-rise office buildings preferred.
• Experience with centralized systems and VRF.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning units, electrical components, and control systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and control boards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report abnormalities or potential issues to the supervisor.
• Respond to service requests and emergency repairs related to air conditioning systems.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
