Job summary

Johnson Controls in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Service Engineer - HVAC to install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will handle VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and associated ducting, reading diagrams, and managing documentation.

The role emphasizes customer communication, safety compliance, and collaboration with contractors and internal teams to ensure reliable performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Attend service calls and provide timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance records.
• Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for service delivery.
• Manage spare parts requirements and inventory for service activities.
• Support warranty and AMC activities.
