Job summary

Philippines HVAC Services Corporation in Pasig is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing excellent service to our clients.

You will install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, manage VRF and water-cooled systems, perform cleaning and calibration to ensure peak performance, and respond quickly to emergency repair requests while maintaining safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in service and repair of HVAC equipment.
• NCII certification in Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning preferred.
• Proficient in VRF and water-cooled systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide solutions.
• Experience handling general HVAC equipment and system failures.
• Strong interpersonal communication to collaborate with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC equipment.
• Manage installation and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems and water cooler systems.
• Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
• Perform basic electrical circuit work as required for HVAC systems.
• Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as needed.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Report issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
• Assist with other coordination tasks as directed by the Project In Charge.
