Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Engineering / After Sales / Technical Service
• Strong knowledge of air-conditioning troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
• Proven ability to supervise and manage 20+ manpower
• Excellent Business-to-Business (B2B) communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle and preferably has a valid driver's license
• Willing to conduct field/client visits when needed
• Preferably living in or near Muntinlupa City
• Candidates from other locations are welcome if willing to relocate
