Senior HR Manager

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and senior leadership direction
Lead strategic workforce initiatives, organizational development, culture-building, and change management
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies
Manage employee and labor relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, administrative investigations, labor disputes, and compliance matters
Represent the company before DOLE, NLRC, and other relevant government agencies, in coordination with legal counsel as needed
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, rewards, and performance management programs
Lead training, leadership development, upskilling, career growth, employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and an AI-first mindset across the workforce
Manage HR operations, HRIS, records, reporting, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field
Master’s degree is preferred
8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong background in recruitment, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, HR operations, and compliance
Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
Proven experience handling labor cases, administrative investigations, and government agency representation
