Somewhere is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to immediately support a major TerraVellis account. You will own technical setup, optimization, and daily management of the HubSpot CRM, delivering sophisticated automation and data integrity from day one.

You will design workflows, manage data mappings and integrations, and build dashboards to monitor pipeline health and ROI for the client and agency leadership. Remote, part-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven HubSpot expertise with architecture and automation.
• Agency or client-facing experience interfacing with stakeholders and translating needs into CRM solutions.
• Zero learning curve; can step into an active ecosystem and execute immediately.
• Strong problem-solving and capability to manage complex data autonomously.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot architecture, setup, optimization, and daily management for TerraVellis account.
• Design, build, and maintain complex workflows, scoring models, and automated sequences.
• Data hygiene, mapping, custom objects, and third-party integrations for a single source of truth.
• Build dashboards and advanced reports to track pipeline health and ROI.
