Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Human Resources professional for a 6-month maternity cover based in Novena, Singapore. The role covers talent acquisition, HR operations, and continuous improvement to support the assigned department.

The successful candidate will provide guidance to line departments on talent management, onboarding, performance management and regulatory compliance, while driving process improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in HRM, BA or related discipline.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in healthcare HR operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Analyse recruitment and attrition data and workforce risks.
HR Operations & Stakeholder Management: Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders; support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding; update lifecycle documents to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives; identify opportunities to streamline workflows; develop guidelines and best practices; undertake HR projects and employer branding activities.
