Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional for a 6-month contract-based role, based in Novena. You will handle full-spectrum HR functions for the assigned department, including talent acquisition, HR operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor in HRM/Business Admin or related discipline with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP and recruitment. Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience preferably in HRBP & Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in healthcare HR operations will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass administration.
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• HR Operations & Stakeholder Management: Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders; support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding; update employee lifecycle services and documentation; ensure data integrity and compliance; deliver HR services per policy and law.
