Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an HR Generalist for a 6-month maternity cover to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for the assigned department. You will advise line departments on talent acquisition, management, retention and employee relations.

You will also support performance management, offboarding, and HR policy compliance, while participating in process improvements and employer branding initiatives as part of the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations; healthcare HR ops is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems is advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned department.
• Provide advice and support to line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention.
• Support continuous improvement and operational HR activities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding; ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Partner HRSS to update employee lifecycle services and documentation.
