Job summary

Our Clients in the National Capital Region (NCR) seeks a Head of People Operations for Restaurant Business to lead strategic HR, workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, retention and operational HR effectiveness.

The role partners with Operations leadership, drives workforce strategies across multiple sites, and oversees HR policies, analytics and organizational development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• HRBP/generalist background supporting multi-site or high-volume operations.
• Experience in restaurant operations, QSR, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, workforce planning, and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and business partnering support to restaurant operations.
• Work closely with Operations leadership to identify workforce challenges and develop practical HR solutions.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower strategies, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Monitor workforce metrics, including attrition, retention, staffing levels, and employee engagement.
• Develop action plans to address employee turnover and strengthen retention across restaurant locations.
• Establish structured feedback channels to capture employee concerns and operational workforce issues.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, labor standards, HR policies, and performance management.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee experience, culture, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support major organizational changes and transformation initiatives across the business.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programs across multiple sites.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR business partners and other HR professionals supporting operations.
