Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned Project Manager - People Consulting for National Workforce Advisory, based in India. You will lead end-to-end HR consulting engagements, align client expectations with delivery teams, and ensure value-driven outcomes across multiple workstreams.

You will bring 6–10 years in People Consulting or HR advisory, strong project management and executive storytelling skills, and a track record of transformation programs. PMP/PRINCE2 and SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• MBA or PGDM in HR/Organizational Psychology preferred.
• 6–10 years of People Consulting/HR Advisory experience.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• SHRM-SCP/HRCI SPHR preferred; change management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end people and HR consulting engagements.
• Manage client relationships and multi-workstream delivery.
• Demonstrate data-driven diagnostics and executive storytelling.
• Define scope, timelines, risks, and governance; ensure client-ready outputs.
• Contribute to methodologies, frameworks and consulting IP.
