Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd invites an experienced Manager to lead the Organization and Workforce Transformation practice within EY Global Delivery Services. You will oversee consulting engagements, build relationships with global practices, and shape strategy for client organizations.

The role requires deep expertise in Organization Design, Talent Management, and Leadership & Culture, with a track record of managing large teams and delivering value across borders.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in senior consulting roles, with a focus on Organization Design and Talent Management.
• 8–10 years of experience in Organization design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management, with proven capacity planning and operational planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services for global clients and drive growth of the practice.
• Collaborate with global partners to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach teams, set goals, review performance and enable ongoing learning.
