The position drives digital transformation, workforce reporting, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring data security and audit readiness across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience; 5+ years in leadership roles within HR Operations/Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations strategy and scalable service delivery across the organization.
• Oversee HRIS, Data Governance, Compliance, and Analytics functions.
• Drive transformation projects and governance frameworks across HR systems.
• Partner with executives on data-driven workforce insights.
