Job summary

TalentHero is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Specialist to support a broad range of HR functions, including vendor management, government benefits administration, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The role also covers reporting, onboarding, HRIS, employee relations, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR role or similar focusing on HR operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in vendor management including contract negotiation and performance management.
• Strong understanding of government benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• HR Vendor Management: manage relationships with vendors, evaluate performance, and negotiate contracts.
• Government Benefits Administration: oversee SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions and claims.
• Employee Engagement: develop and implement engagement initiatives and surveys.
• HR Compliance: ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws; update policies and conduct audits.
• HR Reporting: generate and analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.
• Government Reporting: prepare and submit required government reports and filings.
• Onboarding and Offboarding Management: manage end-to-end processes and exit interviews.
• Conducting Orientations: facilitate new hire orientations and policy briefings.
• HRIS Management: maintain HRIS data accuracy and streamline processes.
• Employee Relations: advise managers on conflicts and disciplinary actions.
• Performance Management: support goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
