Qualifications

• Five years of HR experience with at least three in supervision.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or semiconductor environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including recruiting, training, and compensation, and address employee concerns.
• Hire and deploy qualified staff and meet manpower requests within target time.
• Monitor performance and determine employment status; report ratings and promotions.
• Track employee progression and transfers; reflect changes in organizational chart.
• Analyze training needs and conduct trainings to upgrade skills and behavior.
• Recognize employee contributions and manage policy updates.
• Represent HR during internal and external audits.
• Ensure payroll compliance and statutory benefits.
• Administer HR programs and maintain employee relations.
