Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a trusted advisor to the Bohol leadership team.

You will align HR strategies with business objectives, oversee employee relations, investigations, and performance management, and drive engagement initiatives to improve retention. The role requires extensive knowledge of employment laws, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead positive change.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Human Resources (or Business) or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
• 3-5 years work experience as an Associate HR Manager / HR Manager with experience in Business Partnership and Employee Relations in a BPO Industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing others.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and general labor policies including discrimination, harassment, and union avoidance.
• Experience leading positive change.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills including verbal and written communications, presentations, facilitation, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues (disciplinary cases, grievances, escalations).
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant handling of cases.
• Drive performance management processes (goal setting, evaluations, coaching).
• Partner with leaders on performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Identify and address performance gaps across teams.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
• Analyze attrition drivers and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement scores).

Requirements

• 3-5years work experience as an Associate HR Manager /HR Manager with experience in Business Partnership and Employee Relations in a BPO Industry.

• Must be able to speak and understand the local dialect.
