- Lead the organisation's People & Culture (HR) function and deliver human resource strategies, programs and operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and people programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise senior leadership and department heads on people-related matters.
- Lead, mentor and develop the People & Culture team.
- Establish departmental goals, priorities and performance expectations.
- Monitor service delivery standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Guide employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace investigations.
- Support employee engagement and monitor engagement outcomes.
- Oversee performance reviews, coaching and development planning.
- Lead HR operations, including service level agreements, P&C Inbox management, HR ticket resolution through HubSpot, 201 files, DCMS records and reporting.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation, HRIS access, exit clearances and final pay/separation requirements.
- Lead staff and leadership training and development.
- Identify capability gaps and implement development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- Oversee HR audits, investigations, risk management, governance and ISO documentation.
- Represent HR during regulatory inspections, audits and employment-related matters.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads and partner with Service & Delivery and Performance & Development teams to resolve workforce and client concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or management role.
- Required experience leading HR functions within a BPO, RPO, offshoring, MSP, or similar outsourced services environment.
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership, people management, stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, clients and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with experience using HR systems, data and reporting to support business decisions.
- Postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
