Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience supporting large and diverse employee populations.
• Strong working knowledge of labor law, employee relations case management, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR Business Partner support for a large employee population, covering employee relations, HR programs, labor compliance, and workforce planning inputs.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to supervisors, managers, and functional leaders, providing guidance on HR policies and people management decisions.
• Independently manage complex and high-volume employee relations cases, including investigations and resolution recommendations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policy.
• Execute core HR processes at scale: hiring and onboarding support, performance management cycles, corrective action, engagement initiatives, and separations.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce challenges and support organizational changes while ensuring continuity in manufacturing or operational environments.
• Ensure consistent application of labor laws and internal policies; support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries as required.
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation in HR systems; analyze workforce metrics to inform leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver programs effectively across the population.
