Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP) HR Business Partner in Bataan.

The SAVP partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, leads talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a seasoned HR leader with cross-functional expertise and a passion for building organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 10 years in HR leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's/MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Drive employee engagement, leadership development and culture initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, labor compliance, and HR governance.
• Lead organizational change, business integrations, and HR transformation projects.
• Manage, coach, and develop the HRBP team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Oversee HR budgets, policies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
