Job summary

UX Direct Global Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (People & Culture) to lead employee relations and labor law compliance across a predominantly remote Philippine workforce.

You will partner with senior leaders, own end-to-end disciplinary processes, and drive career development, succession planning and performance management programs to strengthen our people practices for the future.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture experience.
• Experience as HRBP or senior HR generalist in high-volume environments.
• Direct HR experience in BPO/contact centre or similar.
• Experience supporting remote, hybrid or dispersed workforces.
• Experience designing career development, succession planning or leadership development.
• Proven track record implementing performance management frameworks and PIPs.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on employee relations, engagement, retention and workforce issues.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end with investigations, hearings and documentation.
• Provide guidance on Philippine labor law, due process and company policy.
• Prepare disciplinary documentation and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
• Identify high‑risk matters requiring senior or external review and coordinate follow‑through.
• Improve policies, manager capabilities and preventative processes.
• Develop and refine engagement initiatives for remote teams using data and feedback.
• Lead improvements to career development, performance management and progression programs.
